The Bubble Whitstable

Whitstable is a great place for restaurants. For years I have travelled to Herne Bay for Judo and Sambo Competitions, Herne Bay is further on from Whitstable, and this year I parked my caravan at the SeaView Holiday Park so nearly every weekend I am in the area. For those who know the area you will know you can travel down the dual Carriage Way or take the scenic route through Faversham and Seasalter, which is the way I normally travel. As you drive through the quaint seaside town of Whitstable famous for its Oysters and Peter Cushing, you will pass the harbour. This is a great place for sea food, fish and many little stalls. You will turn left by Whitstable Castle to travel through Tankerton as you travel up the slight incline you will see a little cafe in a Garden. For years I have passed this always saying we must look in there one day well that day came some weeks ago.

Not only is there this little cafe you can walk through to the sea front and we found a lovely Mediterranean Cafe Bar called THE BUBBLE. This area is called Beach Walk Tankerton Slopes Whitstable, although it is a pebble beach it is very clean and ideal place to bring the kids or just yourself for an old fashioned English Day at the sea side. Hopefully I will be there this weekend
